Initial conversation

After enquiring about sessions we will arrange an initial call to discuss your individual needs. We will talk about past or current training, any previous injuries, obstacles that may have arisen in the past and start to get an understanding of your individual goals.

Back Massage

Movement analysis and introduction session

Your movement analysis session takes place at Lemon studios, our bespoke personal training space. In the session we will look at joint mobility (ankles, knees, hips, spine & shoulder), introduce some of our core exercises, and explain some of the hidden workings of the body. This gives us a great indication of what movement patterns to include in your training program.

Goal setting and bespoke program

When setting goals we want to truly understand your needs as well as wants. Where have you been struggling, what would you like to overcome and how can we create a stronger healthier, happier body and mind. We then tailor our program to your individual goals incorporating information from our movement analysis and goal setting.

We at Lemon believe knowledge is power. That's why we aim to provide you with the tools need to make real progress. The first phase of our program focuses on building a strong muscle mind connection and understanding the principles of training. We want you to know how each movement should feel to get the most benefit from training. We also explore nutrition in more detail helping you to make informed choices.

Continued support is key to achieving lasting results. We understand that everyone's journey is unique, which is why we offer personalised reviews of your progress. Using methods such as progress photos, weigh-ins, body measurements, strength tests, and fitness tests. Together, we'll make sure you stay on track and achieve your goals.

Body Transformation

Our body transformation package is the best way to kick off or renew any fitness journey. This 4 month program will build your muscle mind connection, get you confident in the gym and enhance your body tonne. Many clients go on to become lemons for life.

Injury Rehabilitation

Here at lemon we are movement and injury prevention specialists.  We have helped rehabilitate clients following: hip replacements, knee reconstruction surgery and lower back surgery. Working with specialist partners where needed we can help enhance you’re recovery.
